The Goolwa Camera Club had their March meeting and the guest speaker was Suzanne Opitz who gave an amazing talk on her volunteer work as a Heartfelt photographer.
It was an inspiring and emotional presentation.
Suzanne then judged the club’s monthly competition and chose Joylene Lee-Archer’s photo ‘Outback Waterhole’ as the winning image of the month.
The individual category winners were ‘Happy Chappy’ by Paula McManus, ‘I Am Looking At You’ by Roger Shelden, ‘Intense Focus’ by Kerri Godwin and ‘The Conductor’ by Kerri Godwin.
Goolwa Camera Club meet every month on the second Wednesday at the Scout Hall on Daniel Avenue in Goolwa North.
A workshop or presentation is usually held in the morning (11am), which is followed in the afternoon by the monthly competition.
Guests are always welcome. BYO lunch.
